I am a counsellor and psychotherapist. I work integratively drawing from both Systemic and Psychodynamic approaches. Since obtaining my psychology degree I have worked in a number of organisations including Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Services, School Family service and Relate where I have extensive experience in couple work and relationship issues. I work on both a short term and open ended basis.
My areas of special interest include relationship issues, couples work, family breakdown, stress, anxiety, self esteem and Addiction. I have a particular interest in elite sports people and others who are constantly in the public eye.
I have an Honours degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Relationship Therapy, a Postgraduate Certificate in Attachment and a Diploma in NLP.
I am fully insured and am a Member of BACP and AFT. I come from a corporate background and have worked in the Film industry. I provide a discreet and compassionate solution focused service.

Dr Joseph F Ryan is an experienced transpersonal counsellor, an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, and a clinical supervisor. In addition to working at Pam Custers & Associates, he practises as a therapist at the Priory Hospital. Dr Ryan offers one-to-one therapy sessions, but is also experienced working with couples and families, and facilitating group therapy. Joseph brings a wide range of life experience to his work. He served as a medic in the Army Reserves and later worked at the Ministry of Defence. He has a PhD in History, an MSc in Psychology, an MA in Creative Writing (Kingston University), graduated with a BA with Highest Honours in History and Political Science (Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada), and is a Registered Nurse. Joseph is the author or editor of over 100 publications.
Annette Powell is a counsellor with extensive experience working with individuals and couples around issues of relationships. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety , stress burn out and events around life changes.
Annette uses a range of techniques including CBT and integrative approaches. She is an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
Saskia Bennette is an integrative psychotherapist. Having had an extensive career, primarily in the ‘caring’ industry, and prior to moving into private practice, working for the last twenty years with the NHS. Saskia’s skills help to support clients when they have become ‘stuck’ within certain areas of their lives and decide to seek counselling, as well as supporting clients who have faced difficulties with: Addiction; Stress; Relationship issues; Anxiety; Depression; Bereavement; Redundancy; Anger issues; Phobias; and psychological Trauma, and is extremely successful in combining her knowledge of human behaviours and therapies to assist clients in reaching their goals.
Certificate in Psychology; Diploma in Hypnotherapy; Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy; Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy; Advanced Professional Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy; Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Currently Saskia is in the final stages of a Post Gradate Diploma in psychological trauma for adults and children, giving her a deeper insight into PTSD and other trauma related problems.
Jo Knight has extensive experience working with Young People in Counselling services and schools, working with ages 3 to 18. Jo is currently working as a resident young people’s therapist in both a high school, junior school and at Pam Custers & Associates, she has a special ability of making children and Young People feel truly at ease whilst at the same time, being able to process the difficulties they face.
